A major gifts strategy that turns transactional donors into true partners
Most nonprofits associate successful fundraising with endless asks, exhausting events, and polished pitches. But what if the key to transformational giving wasn’t about asking for what your organization needs, but about understanding what your donors truly want?
That's why we don't just help you chase checks. We start with cracking your donors' psychological code, allowing you to tap into your donors' deepest motivations so you can shift from begging for funds to co-creating lasting impact.

Real Results
Our strategies don't just sound good on paper—they deliver tangible results. Here are a few examples of how we've helped organizations like yours break through fundraising barriers:
-
Turn a $50,000 donor into a $1.25 million partner
At Ner Israel in Maryland, we revitalized the potential of a long-standing donor, stuck at a $50,000 ceiling despite 30 years of giving. Our incisive qualification tactics exposed deeper interests and untapped capacity.
Result
Catalyzed a landmark $1.25 million donation, complete with a naming opportunity.
-
Unlocked 7-figure gifts with strategic staffing
For an overwhelmed client, we recommended hiring a part-time development associate at $35,000 annually. This strategic move sharpened the executive director's focus on major gifts by offloading routine campaign duties.
Result
Enabled multiple seven-figure solicitations previously deemed unreachable.
-
Empowered board members for peak donor engagement
For The Forward, a premier national nonprofit and top Jewish newspaper, we engineered a cutting-edge board engagement strategy. Tailored procedures enabled board members to effectively engage donors and deliver impactful feedback.
Result
Revitalized board interactions, enhancing both effectiveness and accountability.
-
Bridging the gap: syncing development and executive visions
At a mid-sized nonprofit, we bridged a critical strategy gap between the development team's donor engagement innovations and the executive director's vision. Strategic dialogues and targeted alignment fused these perspectives.
Result
Launched over 20 solicitations nationwide, massively escalating donor engagement and setting the stage for substantial future growth.
-
Shifting from reactive to proactive fundraising strategies
We propelled numerous organizations from passive data mining to dynamic, future-focused strategies. Strategic calendaring and precise task management empowered our clients to approach donors with renewed purpose and vision.
Result
Significantly boosting fundraising outcomes by optimizing donor engagement strategies.
