Jason is a seasoned frontline fundraiser with two decades of experience at some of the world's most respected organizations, including Habitat for Humanity and Emory University, and has his Executive Nonprofit Management Certificate from Harvard’s Kennedy School. Jason specializes in transforming donor relationships from transactional to transformational, guiding dozens of nonprofits in the U.S. and globally to clarify their philanthropic goals and deepen donor engagement.

With a background in managing major gifts and fundraising teams, Jason brings extensive expertise to smaller organizations, enhancing their fundraising capabilities and optimizing resource investment. He has personally brokered hundreds of donor agreements and conducted thousands of donor visits, directly raising over $30 million.

Jason is the architect behind the ALIGN™ major gift coaching platform, designed to bridge the gap between organizations and their donors, upgrading regular contributions to major, impactful gifts. His strategic, donor-centric approach not only increases fundraising capacity but also fosters deep, personal donor engagement.
